I c e D D r a n k is a surreal meme (most likely an early surreal meme created by an unknown memer. It features Meme Man, Orang and Dr. COOL Jasper.
While Meme Man is at a party, he foolishly asks Mr. Oreng (who is clearly Orang in disguise) if he wants a cold glass of ice. As he does so he summons Dr. COOL Jasper who freezes them off screen, Capitulating how powerful Jasper really is.
However, why Jasper didn't ask for retweets is one of the great mysteries of the universe, perhaps he has already reached full power. Hopefully, that isn't the case, and he simply asks for retweets off screen.
