Rebel Picardia was born in the Meme Shelter, right in the middle of the Meme Wars, about the time Cowboy man joined the army. After being able to sprongle, Rebel Picardia was took away and put in an ice chamber. He never actually froze but ehh whatever i need to make these surreal or admins will commit D E L E T because that happened to stinge flower and it was kinda sad

When he came out of the ice chamber, Rebel Picardia was stone cold and stiffer than rock. Then he shattered like an ice cube and died.
