Dr. DARK Francis, also known as Blackholeguy, is the cousin of Dr. COOL Jasper and a recurring antagonist in the Surreal Memes universe.
Overview
Dr. DARK Francis is the dark cousin of Dr. COOL Jasper. He will annihilate any photonic energy source who utters the forbidden word: SUCC.
However, in Timotainment's OC for the prequel of Riddle of the Rocks named "Quest for the Octahedron", he is seen that he is about to annihilate Meme Man for saying WHAT. This might mean that Picardía Faces can still use their ability even when one does not utter the forbidden word.
